Beef T-Bone Steak

A classic steak cut from the short loin, the T-bone combines a succulent sirloin and tender fillet separated by the distinctive T-shaped bone. The sirloin provides rich, beefy flavour, while the fillet is prized for its tenderness.

Our generous 900g T-bone steaks are thick-cut and ideal for the barbecue, allowing you to achieve a beautifully charred exterior while keeping the centre juicy and full of flavour.
