How To Cook

1. Remove the steak from the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature.
2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil.
4. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting for preferred doneness.
5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.

We deliver across most of Hertfordshire and parts of Essex using our refrigerated van, ensuring your order arrives fresh.

  • Free delivery on orders over £40 (£5 charge for orders under £40)
  • Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

About Our Beef

We source our grass fed beef from small local farms, including our own, then traditionally butcher and dry age in our bespoke ageing facilities in house. All of our beef is raised to the highest standards on a grass fed diet & comes from traditional native breeds cattle such as Hereford & Angus.
