How To Cook

Cooking Instructions for Beef Ribeye as a roasting joint.
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C/425°F.
2. Pat the ribeye dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Place the ribeye in a roasting tin. Optionally, surround it with chopped vegetables (like onions, carrots, and garlic) for added flavor.
4. Roast the ribeye at 220°C for 20 minutes to develop a nice crust.
5. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C/320°F and continue roasting for 30 minutes per kg of meat.
6. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 50-55°C (120-130°F) for medium rare, or 60°C (140°F) for medium.
7. Remove the ribeye from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
