Sweet Chilli Pork Sausages

Pork, Water, Rusk Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Sugar, Spices Paprika, Red Chilli Pepper, White Pepper), Fructose, Dried Red Pepper, Stabiliser (E451), Sunflower Oil, Tomato Powder, Preservative Sulphite, Garlic Powder, Antioxidant (E300), Smoke Flavouring. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
2. Prick the sausages a few times with a fork to prevent bursting during cooking (Optional)
3. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides.
4. Place the browned sausages on a baking tray or oven-safe dish.
5. Transfer the tray to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 75°C.
6. Let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.

Note: Cooking times may vary based on the size and thickness of the sausages.
