Unsmoked Gammon Horseshoe
Our unsmoked gammon joint delivers classic Christmas comfort — tender, juicy, and full of traditional flavour. Carefully cured for a beautiful texture, it’s perfect for glazing with honey and cloves or gently simmering for a melt-in-the-mouth finish.
Serve warm as a centrepiece with roasted vegetables, or enjoy cold on Boxing Day with pickles and chutneys. A true festive staple that never goes out of style.

              About Our Pork
All of our pork is sourced from British outdoor-bred pigs, primarily from local farms in Essex. These pigs are raised outdoors in spacious paddocks with access to straw-bedded arcs or tents, allowing them to roam freely. They are fed on a natural diet, free of growth promotors or growth hormones, that consists primarily of cereal (wheat and barley), with minerals and vitamins making up the rest.
