Pork Sausage Meat

Pork (80%), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Dextrose, Herbs(Sage, Thyme), Sunflower Oil, Stabiliser (E451(i)), Spice( Pepper), Preservative E221 (Sodium Sulphite), Flavourings, Antioxidant (E300).

Note: Contains Wheat & Sodium Sulphite, which is an allergens.

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
2. If using for sausage rolls, roll the sausage meat out into a log or place it inside pastry, depending on your recipe.
3. For sausage rolls: Place the prepared sausage rolls on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the sausage meat is cooked through.
For loose sausage meat: Form into patties or crumble and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and reaching an internal temperature of 75°C.
4. Allow the sausage meat to rest for a few minutes before serving or using in dishes.
5. Enjoy in your favourite recipes or as part of a hearty meal.

Note: Cooking times may vary based on the thickness and form of the sausage meat.
