Haggis is Scotland's national dish and is frequently served alongside neeps, tatties, and a creamy whiskey sauce as a traditional celebratory meal for Burns' Night.

How To Cook

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
2. Remove the outer packaging, leaving the tight casing intact.
3. Wrap the haggis securely in foil and place it in a suitably sized ovenproof dish, ensuring there is space around the haggis.
4. Add boiling water to the dish until it reaches approximately 2.5cm up the sides of the haggis.
5. Place in the oven and cook until thoroughly heated and piping hot in the centre.
(Check occasionally and top up with boiling water if required.)
6. Ensure the haggis reaches a core temperature of at least 75°C before serving.
7. Carefully remove the casing and metal clips, then slice and serve.

We deliver across most of Hertfordshire and parts of Essex using our refrigerated van, ensuring your order arrives fresh.

  • Free delivery on orders over £45 (£5 charge for orders under £45)
  • Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
