Chicken Breasts

1. Take a cast iron pan and place it over medium heat.
2. Add a little olive oil to the pan and allow it to sizzle.
3. Lightly season the chicken breast and place it in the pan.
4. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over and cook on the other side for 2 minutes.
5. Flip back over and cook for a further 2 minutes on each side.
6. Add a little butter and herbs at this point, and baste the chicken for an additional minute.
7. Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Note: Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Always ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) for safety.
