Korean Salt & Pepper Chicken Thighs

Chicken, Salt & Pepper Marinade (Rapeseed, Palm), Salt, Pepper, Onions Dried, Garlic Dried, Bell Pepper, Spices.

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Remove the marinated chicken thighs from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat a little olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
4. Sear the chicken thighs, skin-side down (if applicable), for 3-5 minutes until browned.
5. Flip the thighs and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C .
7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Note: Cooking times may vary based on the size of the thighs. Always ensure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
