Free Range Chicken

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Put the free range chicken in a roasting pan, rub with a little oil or butter, and season with salt and pepper inside and out. Add any additional flavorings, such as garlic or lemon, to the cavity of the chicken.
3. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C at the thickest part of the thigh.
4. Let the chicken rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Note: Cooking times may vary based on your oven and the exact size of the chicken. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C before serving.
